Apple App Store purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund process and policies. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Website purchases

If web purchases are added later, the refund policy for those purchases will be shown at checkout and updated here before launch.

Support before refund

If something is not working, contact support first. We can help investigate account, subscription, AI response, or technical issues.

Non-guarantee

Refunds are not provided because an interview, exam, or job outcome was not achieved. The app provides practice and coaching, not guaranteed results.
