Terms of Use
The rules for using Mock Interview Training, including subscription terms.
Service
Mock Interview Training provides AI-assisted interview practice, feedback, scoring, ideal answers, and saved review. The app is for preparation and education only. It does not guarantee employment, interview success, hiring decisions, or professional advice.
User Content
You are responsible for the answers, profile information, and other content you provide. Do not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, private, confidential, or third-party content that you do not have permission to use.
AI Output
AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your exact situation. Review feedback carefully and use your own judgment before relying on it.
Usage Limits
Free sessions and paid plans may include limits, credits, or usage allowances. Attempting to bypass limits, abuse AI usage, automate requests, or misuse the app may result in restricted access.
Payments and Subscriptions
Mock Interview Training offers auto-renewing subscription plans (currently Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly) purchased through the Apple App Store, alongside a Free plan. Pro Monthly renews every month and Pro Yearly renews every year, at the price shown on the subscription screen before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown at that time. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device — canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the iOS app. See the Privacy Policy for what this removes.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or limit access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service reliability.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app, its AI features, or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mock Interview Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated feedback or content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store transactions are separately governed by Apple's own terms.
